Lisa Keeler serves as Director of the South Florida Opioid Alliance (SFOA), leading a regional coalition dedicated to reducing opioid-related overdoses through prevention, education, collaboration, and community engagement across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
Since joining the Alliance in 2021, Lisa has worked to expand partnerships among healthcare providers, schools, municipalities, businesses, law enforcement, recovery organizations, faith communities, and nonprofit agencies. Her collaborative leadership has helped strengthen community-wide efforts to address the opioid and fentanyl crisis.
Lisa is passionate about bringing people and organizations together to create lasting change. She believes the most effective solutions are built through strong partnerships, shared responsibility, and empowering communities with knowledge and lifesaving resources.

Tamara Swan is the Tri-County Outreach & Development Advisor for the South Florida Opioid Alliance, where she develops strategic partnerships, leads community outreach initiatives, and supports fundraising efforts throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Inspired by the loss of her son to an accidental overdose from a prescription medicine in 2013, Tamara has dedicated her career to keeping communities safe. She works with healthcare organizations, schools, municipalities, businesses, and nonprofit partners to expand prevention programs, increase access to naloxone, and connect individuals and families with treatment and recovery resources. Her background in business development and nonprofits enables her to build meaningful partnerships that strengthen communities and advance the Alliance's mission.
