The South Florida Opioid Alliance (SFLOA) is a regional nonprofit initiative focused on reducing opioid overdoses and substance-related harm across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. It brings together leaders from business, healthcare, education, government, faith communities, and nonprofits to coordinate prevention, education, harm reduction, and recovery efforts.
The organization began as Project Opioid South Florida and was renamed the South Florida Opioid Alliance in 2023 to reflect a broader collaborative mission.
